Welcome to Silk House Collection’s Return/Exchange Policy page! We value our customers and want to ensure a positive shopping experience for everyone.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@silkhousecollection.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that certain types of items are not eligible for return, such as gift cards and clearance items. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
